Driven by a mission to help people achieve home ownership, Rajesh founded Mortgage Diligent with a vision to provide clients with trusted mortgage solutions and expert financial guidance. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a single-agent operation into a full-service mortgage brokerage with more than 100 agents and has become one of the most trusted brands in the industry.

Building on this success and his belief that real estate is one of the powerful wealth-building tools, Rajesh went on to establish Zivasa Reality Brokerage. Through both companies, he continues to help clients achieve their home ownership goals while making informed real estate investment decisions.

Last but certainly not least, Rajesh's commitment to personal and professional growth is reflected in his dedication to continuous learning. Alongside leading two successful companies and managing large teams, he has earned an MBA from Nagpur University, completed Specializations in Leadership and Management and Strategy from Harvard Business School, studied Financial Analysis and Investment Management at the University of Toronto, and completed Financial Services Underwriting at Seneca College. Despite these academic achievements, his learning journey continues every day as he seeks new knowledge, fresh perspectives, and innovative ways to create value for his clients and team.
